Balloon Biography
Lucy has been in the balloon industry since 2000 managing her ever expanding balloon decorating company, specialising in
weddings & corporate events. Since obtaining her CBA accreditation
Lucy is in her second year lecturing at Capel Manor delivering the City
& Guilds Basic & Intermediate course in Balloon Artistry and
was a member of the Capel Manor team that won 1st Prize in the large
sculpture category at IPHS 2004.
