Balloon Biography
An
instructor since 1996, Luc has won numerous awards for his balloon decor work.
He is known for his innovative compositions and techniques and creates
commercial balloon designs for all types of clients. Luc owns a 3000-square-foot
balloon shop in Belgium . Luc has been teaching for Pioneer® in many different
countries all over the world. and was voted best overseas instructor at the
Qualatex event 2001.
For
2007 we are still working on the calender. So far Luc will be teaching or
demonstrating in Germany, France, Belgium, Ireland, Italy...
